The WA5630X is a new-generation outdoor IoT access point released by New H3C in April 2017. Its powerful performance and novel physical design perfectly address the customer needs for integrated functionality and aesthetics in this IoT era. The AP uses an elegant globe design inspired by the earth ecosystem. With the built-in smart antenna arrays, the lower half antenna senses the clients nearby and adjusts its signal and coverage to optimize client access, while the upper half antenna senses devices nearby to establish mesh connections. The AP simplifies outdoor installation by using one U+ port with one 30-pin specialized cable to provide all connections. Its unique pneumatic valve design helps maintain a constant pressure by adapting the interval pressure of the AP to the installation site environments, including ambient temperature, elevation, and atmospheric pressure. This mechanism prolongs the lifespan of the AP by a minimum of three years. The AP is IP68-rated for hazardous environments, providing features including liquid-tight plug, drain hole, IP68 rubber washer, and special-made signal interference shield plate. With built-in Bluetooth and GPS modules, and unique level and 360-degree rotation design, the AP suits various deployment scenarios from wireless cities to campuses. The green idea has ingrained in the entire lifecycle of the AP, from design, procurement, manufacturing to logistics, sales, use, and recycling. In each phase, environmental protection and energy efficiency standards are implemented to ensure the compliance with the RoHS and other international standards.
