流程方法
该设计项目应用了独特的创新流程:先由电子工程师实现产品基本功能,同时配合产品属性找适合外观方案的生产供应商,经多次讨论最终确定单品成本合适,生产不需开硬模,外观效果更好实现的生产方案,其后再进一步形成整体设计形式,最终实现设计符合生产,生产提升设计的共赢。

该项目从立项到设计交付,花费8个月时间,研发投入200万。

Project Description
The core of this medical device is for the middle-aged and elderly groups, and its application is mainly based on family medical treatment, supplemented by medical treatment. In terms of function, the product is convenient for users to test the value of uric acid at home. Simply pricking the finger with a needle can quickly collect blood and test the situation of uric acid. Through the mellow design language, the product gives people a sense of visual comfort. At the same time, it also innovatively uses medical-grade silica gel material to match the hand experience with the visual experience. In the UI design, considering that there are many hyperopia cases in the core target group, the conventional screen font can not meet their needs of reading recognition, thus deliberately increasing the font size, improving the usability of the product, which also makes the product better accepted by the users.
User Value
This project focuses on improving the core value of family medical products. In addition to ensuring the uric acid monitoring function of the product, it improves the user experience through affinity soft glue and mellow appearance. At the same time, it hopes to improve the emotional connection between people and the product and change people's cold impression of medical products.
Business Performance
After the project was launched in a small range, it immediately gained the attention and recognition of some consumer groups, which also proved that the product has its practical application value.
Social Impact
This project hopes that people can see the care design of medical devices under the comfortable material touch, round and friendly appearance and clear and readable design, so as to make the medical devices closer to the direction of family, more convenient for consumers to use, and let people fully control their own health.
Team Structure
The project is initiated by Zhejiang University team, who is responsible for the implementation and follow-up development of the project. Hotdesign provides high-quality creative design for the project, provides a corresponding product design scheme in accordance with the actual production status, and ensures that the design can carry out landing production with high quality.
Flow
This design project applies a unique innovation process. First, the electronic engineer realizes the basic functions of the product. At the same time, cooperating with the product attributes to find the right design service provider. After many discussions, we finally determined the production plan that the cost of the single product is appropriate, the production does not need to open the hard mold, and the apparent effect is better, and then further formed the overall design form. Finally, the win-win result that the design conforms to the production and the production promotes the design is realized.
Project Investment
From project initiation to design delivery, the project took 8 months, with R & D investment of 2 million yuan.
Project Achievements
The completion of the project follows the company's family health care system strategy and takes an important step to promote and enhance the automation of the service industry chain.
