团队组织
该项目由企业内部团队的研发设计和洛客线上平台设计共同完成,从产品的痛点到产品的ID经历了数周去深入,同时有结构小组配合设计团队去优化产品设计。同时安排了后期的工厂对接进行手板打样制作及工厂加工生产。
流程方法
从用户的需求出发,结合现有核心技术进行外观设计,头脑风暴出儿童康复机器人的需求痛点制定功能清单,通过和结构及硬件团队紧密合作,并运用合理的材质和颜色使外观设计更为儿童所喜欢。

通过外观及结构硬件工程师的紧密合作,以及工厂的制作实现,最终外观呈现与预计相符,目前在产品硬件测试阶段。

Team Structure
The project is completed by the design department from enterprise and LKKER online design platform. We spent serval weeks for pain-points mining, product ID and other issues. Meanwhile, the product design had been optimized that completed by structure research team and design team. They also will work with the factory to finish the hand plate proofing.
Flow
The product fully considers the actual needs of users and combines existing core technologies to realize the design. The design team works closely with the product hardware development team to implement the feature list.
Project Investment
The project has taken five months since its establishment. The project has entered the stage of prototyping. R&D expenditure is about 500,000 RMB.
Project Achievements
Through the close cooperation of the appearance and structure hardware engineers, as well as the production of the factory, the final appearance is in line with the expectations, and is currently in the stage of product hardware testing.
