团队组织
整个项目共有35人参与，包含项目经理、产品外观设计、结构工程师、品牌营销策划、市场销售人员；
项目经理主导整个项目的推进和协调，产品研发部在立项后介入，主要负责该产品的结构、外观、配色、用料选材以及生产供应链的对接，使产品最终能够落地生产。
KOL在产品营销推广阶段介入，通过前期的试用、评测，找出产品存在的问题点，反馈给到产品研发部门，不断改进产品。

该项目从立项到设计交付，花费了四个月的时间，团队成员做了多个版本的设计，付出了很大的努力，保证产品得以成功上市。

做这个项目的初心是为了充分激发孩子的艺术灵感，最终的结果在这方面取得了出乎预料的表现 ，绘特美多年以来，始终以“开启孩子原生创造力”为使命，全心全意为孩子设计一款安全、环保、启赋又时尚的儿童用品，Z系列儿童画板正是在这样的使命驱使下因运而生。产品一经发布，即受到用户的认可。
Z系列产品的研发，也是公司品牌战略的一部分，Z系列是绘特美品牌的第二代产品，也是旗舰级产品。这个项目的成功，暂时解决了目前绘特美产品线单一，产品更新慢的问题，可以说大大增加了绘特美品牌乃至公司的竞争力。

Currently, TintZone has three product lines: T1, T2 and Z. Team Structure
The project involved five full-time members, two members responsible for industrial design, one member responsible for structural assessment, and two members responsible for planning and marketing. The two members responsible for industrial design are members of the company. It is the client side responsible for the structure, planning and marketing.

The reason why this project can achieve the expected goal is because we have been discussing the problems and details with the engineers in the process of refinement, we have made great preparations in the pre-judgment and control.

Project Achievements
The original intention of this project is to fully inspire the children's artistic inspiration, and the final result has achieved unexpected performance in this respect. The R & D of Z series products is also a part of the company's brand strategy. Z series is the second generation product of the company's brand, and also the flagship product.
